LinkedIn's Top Startups 2023: Who Made the Cut and How Can You Get Involved?

LinkedIn's Top Startups 2023: Who Made the Cut and How Can You Get Involved?

LinkedIn's just released their annual Top 50 U.S. Start-ups. The list is judged based on companies experiencing rapid growth, assessed based on four key factors: employment expansion (percentage increase in the workforce), engagement (the extent of external interest in the startup on LinkedIn), job seekers' interest (how quickly individuals view and apply for positions there), and their ability to attract top talent, including recruitment from LinkedIn's Top Companies.

This year's top startups are predominantly in the retail, health, and AI tech sectors. Notably, nearly 30% of these startups were established in 2020 and aim to address critical needs that became apparent during the pandemic, such as mental health support and other healthcare services.

Many of these early-stage companies are currently hiring for various roles in engineering, product development, design, analytics, sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and security. Many of these positions offer six-figure salaries. Additionally, over half of the job opportunities at these top startups are remote positions, as highlighted by Dan Roth, LinkedIn's Editor-in-Chief.
