Plug and Play Medtech Welcomes 11 Innovative Startups to Batch 4 in Warsaw, IN

Plug and Play, the world’s largest innovation platform and venture capital firm, today announced the 11 companies selected for Batch 4 of its Medtech accelerator program, located in Warsaw, Indiana. This new cohort will spend the next 20 weeks collaborating with Plug and Play’s corporate partners, including Zimmer Biomet, to accelerate the future of medical technology.

The 11 startups selected for the program represent cutting-edge solutions across key focus areas, including next-generation implants, surgical instrument management, infection prevention, and pre-/intra-operative planning. These companies were chosen for their potential to disrupt and enhance the healthcare industry

The Medtech Batch 4 startups are:

Over the course of the 20-week program, the startups will receive a robust package of support designed to drive rapid scaling.

Eileen Alberding, Medtech Program Manager, highlighted the hands-on support the companies will receive, “I’m incredibly excited to support these exceptional startups and be a direct part of accelerating their growth over the coming months. We will provide a tailored curriculum including workshops, facilitated introductions to our extensive network of corporate partners and mentors, and dedicated support to refine their business models and pitch strategies. Seeing where they go in the future is truly what our program is all about.”

The Batch 4 program will culminate with an Expo event on March 25, 2026, where the graduating startups will pitch their solutions to an audience of corporate executives, investors, industry leaders, and the community.
