Agora Welcomes Yosi Yadin as new VP of Sales, Promotes Four Others

Agora, an innovative real estate investment management platform based in New York City and Tel Aviv, today announced that it has hired Yosi Yadin as its new VP of Sales and promoted four other key personnel to new roles. The company recently closed a $34 million Series B funding round, was named the Best FinTech Solution of 2024 at the SIIA CODiE Awards, and acquired Clearshift’s real estate division.

Yosi Yadin: New VP of Sales

Yosi Yadin joins Agora as the company’s new VP of Sales, bringing 23 years of experience in the software and services industry. Most recently, Yosi served as VP of Sales at JFrog and has worked with several enterprise vendors, including NICE Systems, SAP, HP, and Comverse Technology. Yosi’s expertise in building and growing sales A-Teams and executing business strategy and product go-to-market plans will be instrumental in strengthening Agora’s foundations for future growth and expansion in the real estate investment market.

Team Restructuring

Additionally, Agora is announcing the promotion of four other current employees to new roles:

  • Asaf Raz was promoted to VP of Marketing. Raz brings a wealth of experience in marketing strategy, branding, product marketing, B2B marketing, and sales to his new role as VP of Marketing. He has a proven track record, having served as Agora's Head of Marketing for the past three years. Prior to joining Agora, Raz was a marketing consultant for Glilot Capital Partners and Madgicx, where he successfully implemented complex marketing processes and developed comprehensive sales strategies. Additionally, Raz held the position of Marketing Director at Elsight (ASX: ELS), significantly enhancing the company’s market presence and brand recognition. His deep expertise and strategic insights will continue to drive Agora’s marketing efforts and support its growth trajectory.
  • Daniel Peretz was promoted to VP of Customer Success. Peretz has been instrumental in building Agora’s customer success department from the ground up, expanding the team to 15 employees. His leadership and strategic vision have been pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Peretz brings a wealth of experience in team management and leadership, honed through a distinguished military career. He is a graduate of the Naval Officers Course, and has served as a ship commander in the Gaza sector and as a commander of a naval reconnaissance unit. His unique blend of military discipline and business acumen positions him to drive exceptional customer experiences at Agora.
  • Yoav Doron was promoted to VP of Finance. Doron brings extensive expertise in financial management and operations to his new role as VP of Finance. As a certified public accountant and KPMG alumnus, Doron specializes in public companies, IFRS, US GAAP, internal auditing, and SOX compliance. He has held key financial roles at Traiana, a fintech company, and Trax Retail, a startup, where he managed complex global operations and contributed significantly to the company’s growth. Doron's comprehensive financial acumen will be pivotal in advancing Agora's financial strategies.
  • Shepsi Berkowitz was promoted to VP of Financial Products. Berkowitz has been pivotal in the development and leadership of Agora’s financial products, including banking services, payments, tax services, and accounting products. His previous roles as a partner and manager in several companies have honed his expertise in product development. Berkowitz’s strategic vision and execution have been critical in successful acquisitions and integrations, including the recent acquisition of Clearshift. His leadership continues to drive innovation and expansion within Agora’s financial product offerings.
