Scholarship Details:
Scholarship Award:
Total prize pool of $1,000 among the top three participants.
Essay Question:
"In what ways does the integration of AI tools, such as ChatGPT, alter the landscape of student homework and written assignments, emphasizing its benefits and ethical implications within the realm of education?" [minimum of 2,000 words].
Objective:
The objective of this scholarship is to encourage students to articulate their perspectives on the impact of technology on our future. We aim to identify and support individuals with innovative and forward-thinking ideas that can revolutionize our world.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to high school seniors and currently enrolled college students in any field of study.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States.
Application Process:
To apply for the TechNational scholarship, students are required to submit a well-researched and thought-provoking essay addressing the above essay question. Submissions must be sent via email to hello@thetechnational.com with the subject line "TechNational Scholarship Entry - [Your Full Name]."
Deadline:
The deadline for submissions is 1st May 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

Jane Griffin
Jane is a seasoned chartered PR practitioner with a rich background as a former BBC and ITN TV news reporter. She is the founder and owner of Positive Story, a thriving PR consultancy that specializes in serving tech startups, engineering, and infrastructure companies.
Owen Thompson
Owen Thompson, CEO and co-founder of Cambridge Future Tech. After a 13-year career as a Eurofighter Typhoon pilot in the RAF, Owen transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2018, founding his first company, Oxbridge Watches, and raising a seed round within just three months. In 2020, Owen co-founded Cambridge Future Tech, a revolutionary venture builder that is working closely with top-tier universities to achieve positive global impact through its unique technology-first approach. CFT has crafted and co-founded a portfolio of nine DeepTech ventures in its mission to drive DeepTech innovation for global impact. CFT’s focus is on tackling the world’s most pressing challenges head-on, with a concentrated effort in the areas of ClimateTech, DeepTech, and Artificial Intelligence.
Alina Veselaya
Alina is a startup and career mentor at Startup Wise Guys, EMERGE, Femme Palette, and a visiting lecturer at the University of East Anglia. She has been featured in Metro.co.uk, TechRound, Kommersant UK, and MarketingSherpa articles. With her domain expertise and passion for AI/ML, she has created a no-code tool that delivers a rapid brand framework and a landing page copy in 15 minutes.
Selection Process:
All entries will be reviewed by our selected panel of judges. The winning essay will be selected based on originality, quality of writing, depth of insight, and the innovative ideas presented.
Announcement of Winners:
The winner will be notified by email and their name and essay will be published on our website.
